I have worked with global businesses and brilliant start-ups. With Oscar winners and those just out of the starting gate. I've helped leading production and postproduction companies develop creative rosters, go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools that deliver business results for over a decade. And in the process, have built an international network of relationships in the advertising industry through honest and genuine connection.
My experience is tenured in new business, sales, creative strategy, creative assessment, talent management, marketing, GTM strategy, brand positioning, monetization strategy, operations and project management. I'm driven to help create supportive work environments that honor respect, open communication, psychological safety, inclusion - and fun!
At the end of the day, what I have learned is that human and business problems are not unique. I have observed, advised, and executed on these universal problems consistently throughout my career, helping build the most successful and award-winning companies in the creative industries. My approach is to help you clarify your questions, make insecurities and fears more manageable, maintain a proactive stance, and allow you to change the world - or just your business.
